Pat Harrison – Coach

Pat Harrison brings over 30 years of coaching experience and a résumé respected among the world’s top players and coaches. Throughout his career, he has coached three Grand Slam champions, a Grand Slam finalist, a semifinalist, NCAA champions, and numerous ATP, WTA, and elite junior players. Pat has also served as Director of Tennis at two internationally recognized academies—IMG Academy and the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch—where he helped shape the development of many of today’s top professionals.

Among the players he has coached are Ryan, Christian, and Madison Harrison, Paolo Lorenzi, Hina Inoue, Heather Watson, Michael Venus, Danielle Collins, Marcos Baghdatis, Michaëlla Krajicek, Julen Uriguen, Filip Krajinovic, Yuki Bhambri, Andrea Hlaváčková, Yoshihito Nishioka, Tammy Hendler, and Peter Polansky, among others. Known for his ability to build champions, Pat combines technical expertise with a genuine passion for the game, striving to instill that same love of tennis in very athlete he coaches. Beyond his players’ success, his greatest pride lies in the lasting relationships and friendships he has maintained with them over the years.


Ryan Harrison – Coach

Ryan Harrison is a former ATP Tour professional, Grand Slam champion, and respected coach whose career reflects both elite performance and a deep understanding of the modern game. A standout talent from a young age, Ryan achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 40 and a doubles ranking of No. 16. He captured the 2017 French Open men’s doubles title and qualified for the ATP World Tour Finals in doubles the same year—cementing his place among the game’s top competitors.

During his professional career, Ryan recorded wins over numerous top-10 players and represented the United States in Davis Cup competition and . Following his time on tour, he transitioned into coaching and player development, working closely with ATP player Jordan Thompson and WTA player Danielle Collins. In addition to coaching, Ryan serves as a tennis commentator and analyst for major networks at Grand Slam and ATP Tour events, sharing his insight and experience with global audiences.

Ryan brings his professional expertise, competitive mindset, and passion for the sport to every player he works with, helping them reach their highest potential both on and off the court.


Peter Polansky – Coach

Peter Polansky is a Canadian professional tennis player whose 17-year career reflects perseverance, grit, and consistency at the sport’s highest level. He achieved a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 110 in June 2018 and a doubles ranking of No. 123 later that year. Polansky has competed in all four Grand Slam events—Australian Open, Roland Garros, Wimbledon, and the US Open—and is tied for third in all-time Grand Slam qualifying victories. In 2018, he made history as the first player in the Open Era to enter the main draw of all four Grand Slams in a single season as a lucky loser.

Throughout his career, Polansky reached 32 singles finals on the Challenger and Futures circuits, earning 19 titles and 13 runner-up finishes, including three titles on the ATP Challenger Tour. He has faced top players such as Roger Federer (twice) and Novak Djokovic (twice) and recorded a notable victory over world No. 15 Jürgen Melzer at the 2010 Rogers Cup. A longtime member of Canada’s Davis Cup team, Polansky continued representing his country as recently as 2022.


Jennifer Elie – Coach

Jennifer Elie is a former American professional tennis player with over a decade of experience on the WTA Tour. She achieved a career-high singles ranking of No. 219 in June 2017 and a doubles ranking of No. 237 in May 2013. She competed in the Australian Open (2017, 2018), French Open (2015), Wimbledon (2015), and US Open (2015). Throughout her career, she secured two singles titles and six doubles titles on the ITF Circuit.

Transitioning from her playing career, Elie has become a dedicated coach, currently working with WTA player Hina Inoue as well as many other elite junior competitors. Elie’s coaching philosophy emphasizes technical development, mental resilience, and a deep understanding of the professional tennis landscape.


Madison Harrison – Coach

Madison Harrison is a former NCAA standout and accomplished tennis coach with extensive experience at the collegiate level. During her playing career, she competed at the No.1 singles and doubles positions where she earned All-SEC honors, achieved a career-high NCAA singles ranking of No. 84 and doubles ranking of No. 16, advanced to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Individual Championships, and reached a career-high UTR of 11.34.

Following her time as a player, Madison transitioned into coaching, guiding collegiate athletes to refine their technique, develop mental toughness, and achieve success in NCAA competition. She spent 2 seasons as the Santa Clara University Women’s Assistant Tennis Coach (2020-2022) where she helped lead the team to success and developed the players on and off the court. Her approach emphasizes discipline, grit, and a love for the game, making her a respected mentor for players striving to reach their full potential.
